Information collected
We collect the contact and requirement details that you choose to submit, plus limited technical security logs. We do not need or request OTPs, token PINs, private keys or full identity-document images through this website.
Purpose and lawful use
Enquiry information is used to respond, assess the likely DSC route, provide requested support and maintain service records. Analytics is loaded only after consent and only after an administrator configures it.
Sharing
Information may be shared with eMudhra or another processor only when required for the requested service and with an appropriate lawful basis. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention and security
Lead records should be kept only as long as required for service, accounting or legal obligations. Supabase row-level security, authenticated dashboard access and server-side intake validation are part of the deployment design.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Certain records may be retained when required by law or to resolve a dispute.
